    The deposit amount is fully applied toward your final invoice. It is not an extra fee. We require this small commitment to guarantee availability.

    We believe in transparent pricing and simple booking. Once your deposit is received, your move is officially scheduled, and you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details of your service.

  • The number of movers provided depends on the size, type, and specific needs of your move. We assign the right team to ensure your move is handled safely and efficiently.

  • Our fleet includes moving trucks ranging from 18 to 26 feet, allowing us to accommodate both residential and commercial moves with ease. No job is too big or too small for our team.

  • Our standard moving services include simple TV dismounting.

    Please advise us when requesting your estimate if dismounting is required, allowing us to provide a precise and comprehensive quote.

  • In accordance with Florida moving regulations, we are unable to transport people, animals, or plants. Additionally, state and federal laws prohibit the transport of flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials. This includes—but is not limited to—propane tanks, gasoline, lighter fluid, paints, aerosols, ammunition, and industrial chemicals.

    For safety reasons, movers are also prohibited from transporting hazardous items such as aerosol cans, ammunition, car batteries, charcoal lighters, scuba tanks, fire extinguishers, fireworks, fuels and oils, liquid bleach, pesticides, pool chemicals, and similar substances. We also cannot move perishable or living items to ensure the safety of your belongings and our team.

  • At Easy Peasy Moving, LLC we prefer that customers are present during the move to help answer any questions and provide direction as needed. Your presence ensures everything is handled exactly how you want it, from which items are being moved to furniture placement.

    However, we understand that it’s not always possible to stay for the entire move. If you’re unable to be there, you may have a trusted representative, friend, or family member oversee the process on your behalf.

    In case of an emergency or if you must leave unexpectedly, please contact our office so we can coordinate with your moving crew.
